Reservation Rules

Dinner Show

•  Casa Sanchez is a Dinner Show Restaurant. There is a minimum One Entrée required per person. There is a $30 cover charge for all guests who do not order Entree minimum. 

• The minimum one entree includes any individual of any age that requires a seat or seat space and we ask that you please always include children when making your reservation.

•  A credit card is required for parties of 5 or more (including children).

•  There is a $30 empty seat fee for every guest that does not arrive.

•  There is a 15 minute grace period for all reservations. If your entire party is not present by the end of the grace period we can no longer guarantee your table. We will add your party to the top of the waitlist but your table will no longer be guaranteed in the main dining room.

•  You have up until 24 hours before your reservation to cancel without penalty. There is a $200 cancellation fee for all reservations not cancelled within the cancellation time frame.

•  There is a $200 No Show fee for all reservations that do not arrive and do not cancel on time.

Requests

•  You may request to be seated in the main dining room, but we cannot guarantee specific tables. We do take handicap accessibility requests, but specific tables are not guaranteed.

•  Song requests are noted, but not guaranteed. The mariachi has a pre-set list of songs that they perform for each show. Requested songs may be performed if time allows, but it is not guaranteed.

Time Limit

•  All reservations run for 2 hours only. All reservations are for one show. We sell every single seat for each show so we cannot extend any reservation. On special events or holidays reservations run for 1.5 hours
