Reservation Rules

 

Dinner Show

  • Casa Sanchez is a Dinner Show Restaurant. There is a minimum One Entrée required per adult. There is a $25 cover charge for all guests who do not order Entree minimum. 
  • Minimum does not include children ( 2-12 years) but always include them when making your reservation.
  • A credit card is required for parties of 6 or more. you have up until 3:00PM day of reservation to update your reservation.
  • There is a $25 empty seat fee for every guest that does not arrive.
  • There is a 15 minute grace period for all reservations. If your whole party has not arrived by grace period we can no longer guarantee your table. We will add your to the top of our waitlist but your table is no longer guaranteed in the main dining room. 
  • You have 24 hours of reservation to cancel your reservation without getting a penalty. There is a $200 cancellation fee for all reservations not cancelled within cancellation time frame. 
  • There is a $200 No Show fee for all reservations that do not arrive and not cancel on time. 

Requests

  • We do not guarantee specific tables. We can take a handicap accessible requests but specific tables are not guaranteed. You are guaranteed a table in the main dining room but that is the extent of requests. 
  • Song requests are noted but not guaranteed. The mariachi has a set list of songs they perform each show. If they can fit the song request into their set they will try but not guaranteed, 

Time Limit

  • All reservations run for 2.5 hours only. All reservation are for one show. We sell every single seat for each show so we cannot extend any reservation.
